With the new wing mounts on the 6 going through the tranny case I don't recall seeing this on this particular case. So my question is how are you making this work?

Their box setup is 1.6mm 2 hole 35f, 30r I believe. Drill size is about a #52.

I mainly run my 6 mid motor and on carpet with big jumps but can't wait to try it on dirt/rear motor.
I tried Ghea pistons and loved them but so far 2x1.4/3x1.3 was mainly for smooth tracks with hard landings, I wouldn't use that much pack on bumpy tracks, more something like 4 holes.

It's not all about "pack". The ae guys took their time with the big bores and did them right. U don't see anyone gluing holes shut like tebo did when the bb's came out for the rb5. There is a little room for improvement.

The new UMW 504C gearbox does have the wing mount screw hole molded into it. The older UMW 504B gear cases we used on RB5/RT5 do not...

So what other factors do you have when you compare or change number of holes, size of holes, and oil weight? You have static damping, (slow movement) and pack (fast movement). What else is there?

This was for a 60 plus day though, will go lighter in the winter arena when its colder a month from now.
Did a little testing yesterday with the Ghea pistons 4x1.3 ended up running the tapper down towards bottom of shock little more pack with faster rebound than with the tapper up or a flat Losi piston... Worked really good especialy for mod!! Ended up with losi 32.5wt up front 25wt in the rear white fronts reds rear....

1.3 would be closest to 55's, but it's NOT that size.

Where do they sell these? Is the whole piston tapered or just the wholes?
