[QUOTE=mikeyscott;11439965]So this is an Avid Kyosho part or one modified from another car?

It is the new/soon to be available AVID top-shaft for use with the Triad Slipper in the RB6.

What brand of motors are you guys running in the RB6? I have a Reedy Sonic 17.5 but was looking at the new Tekins. Wasn't sure if anyone had any experiences with both. I know this isnt really RB6 thread specific but wasn't really sure where to ask. And you guys seem to be on top of it.

The reedy 17.5 with the torque rotor is good but I think the new d3.5 with torque rotor is better. End bell all the way up and geared 88/43 motor will run all day at 125 with no fade. Haven't tried the new tekin yet but I've never liked there stuff in the past.

Anyone used the Orion VST vs the reedy?
