i think going to the +4 caster in the hub will be my next move to calm down the steering.. the rear is locked in. how is the balance dropping the rear spring one rate?

i see ppl are going that route.

I am running RM, and find the pink/red front and rear combo to NOT be ideal with the weight balance of the new car. There is a lot more weight on the front of the car in comparrison to the rear than there was with the RB5, and the car has a bizzare amount of steering. I am running golds front and back and it feels a LOT better. (37/30)... but still have a lot of testing to do.

Im running the 4 degree caster inserts, and im running a full sized normal lipo right in the middle of the car in front of the ESC. I have since moved to the RB5 carbon fiber battery strap, but here is a shot with my battery and wiring:

Didnt know if there was a problem with doing this, I just thought it was alot neater in it.

I'm using the channels, although, for the esc wire not the servo wire as my rx is mounted directly behind the servo

there is another set of holes in the rb6 chassis. same width as the rb5. More towards the middle of the car. I dremmeled my RB5 battery strap nice and short. You have to use a 2mm shim underneath the rb5 ALU battery posts, and it works like a charm.
