The NCT's are pretty far for me. I also race 1/8 and try to do the OSS races in Oregon.

anybody have any good pics of the rear 4wd arms on the 2wd car? Also I know you can swap the 4wd rear arms around to change wheelbase what are some advantages to each?

Bernie and Stu, I am in the NW and just got my Evo. I will be carrying the Team C stuff as soon as we get moved into our new house.
Bernie, it's been forever since I have seen you, I will have to make a trip up to BC sometime soon to see everybody!
Let me know if either of you need anything!

I think I will do the 4wd arm mod tonight. I will take and post pics later. I will also look into flipping them around. If they are swept they would change the toe in/out and the wheel base. could be a great tool for indoor tight vs outdoor loose conditions. I will check out the mid motor with the arm mod too.

How does everybody feel about the hinge pins and E clip setup on the TC02? Would there be any interest in threaded hinge pins?
I would put a kit together if there is enough interest.

Default TC02 Front end Wheelbase more than 250mm legal width?

Hey there,

Is anyone else having issues with the width of the TS02 front end?

Mine seems to be slightly wider than the 250mm (ROAR) Legal width.

What have people done to correct this?

Thanks

Does the TC02 have the same problem? Just wondering how much of a difference running. RB5 wheels make.

Sorry I actually meant the TC02 not TS02. Got both of them and was mixed up on the names. I'll be trying to shim out the back of the axle where the e-clip is and run the plastic hexes on the front. May have to shave down the hexes as well but I'm not sure yet.

I think the RB5 wheels are dished just like the TeamC ones so may not provide the result.

I am pretty sure Andrew told me that the Team C wheels have a different offset by a couple of mm's.

RB5 wheels would solve the issue if this is the case, but Andrew keeps saying the buggy handles better with the Team C wheels....

TeamC and kyosho front wheels aren't the same offset.

To solve the front width issue you could replace the stock hexes for some 4mm wide ones or use the RB5 C-shape suspension holder. It's a direct fit, and bulletproof

jconcept mono wheels for the b4.1 hex conversion or rb5 I think make the buggy fit in a ROAR box for tech.
