Default Need help tearing down an xp 1015 servo.

Anyone ever torn apart an xp 1015 servo? I was replacing the servo in a car last night at the races and while aligning the servo horn I dropped the servo and it of course landed on the battery posts. It melted the servo wires. So now I need to replace those. No big deal if I could get to where they are soldered to the board. The problem is these don't come apart as easily as most that I have messed with. Seems as though something is pressed in? I can't get the board and motor out. Any help would be great.

Good luck, I destroyed one trying to take it apart to replace the leads on it. It does seem like the motor is pressed in and that round stop/ sensor/ whatever it is besides the motor also will not come out. Your best bet would be to solder a new lead right outside the case if that is still possible.
