Default need help!! orion r8, airtronics 92624, jr 9100hvs glitching?

Like title says, I'm running a Orion r8 pro on 2s with Jr 9100hvs servo and an airtronics 92624 reciever. When. Hit the gas, I loose controll of the truck for a second then it stops and I have no control of the vehicle until I let off the throttle and try again but it continues to do the same thing. Do.I need an external bec or what should I do?

Bec, glitch buster, new receiver. One or all of those should make a difference.

The Orion R8 speedo doesn't like running on only 2S. I've seen others at the track trying to use them in 4x4 SCT and have glitching problems, even with a glitch buster cap. An external BEC might have fixed their problems, but they just went with a better suited ESC, and saved the R8s for escale on 4S.

Hmm.... I've never heard about that before. When I searched and read about the orion r8 speedo, nothing was said about the glitching or the 2s thing. I will continue to monitor this being that I have to run 2s at my track. We got tired of the losi guys running 4s with 8th scale truggy motors and speedos cause no matter how smooth we drove and how much they crashed, we couldn't beat them. I brought this up and the solution we came up with was either you follow these rules and run 2s with either a 550 or 540 motor or you will be put into the "Heinz 57" class (monsters trucks, revos, anything without a class).
