I recently purchased a 2.4G transmitter and receiver from NitroRCX and the transmitter was defective when I got it and I have to say its hard to get a hold of them for tech support. Trying to call them is nearly impossible so I tried the live chat and I finally got a hold of them after about one hour wait and I have to say I'm very disappointed with them. Because I have to pay to ship back something that they sent defective to me Are U kidding me I will never buy anything form them ever again cause I just don't wanna deal if the item is defective I will have to ship it back at my own expense that is just a bad way to conduct business. Nitro RCX you get a big fail form me.
