Default RCAMERICA Live Race Coverage @ The Dirt Nitro Challange

It is Sunday and we at RCAMERICA are very excited about our first national level 8th scale race of the year. This will be the first time to get all of our team together so we can begin learning our Xray XB8's even more. Since the release of the car in the States, the team has been doing individual testing and development towards the setups. Getting all the vehicles and brains together on one brutal track is going to very exciting indeed.

I personally hope that all goes well with our plans for getting information out there about what we are doing and how things are performing. Being that this is my first shot at getting internet setup through dial-up in a hotel that can't even seem to give me a straight answer if they know what the internet is exactly, things could get rough. Our plans are to provide you with up to date information on what is going on with RCAMERICA / Xray / Hudy with text, pictures, and possibly video. So keep your eyes peeled during the evenings because this is when I will be able to make the updates to http://www.rcamerica.com and try to answer whatever questions I can here.

As you may notice the change in look from the web site when coming to this page. The website is almost complete but not quite ready for the full thing to put out there. However, this page is very close to what we will have in the future, a clean professional approach so that all of you can get your RCAMERICA information quickly and easily.

Only post the set-ups if you guys win. If you do poorly, keep them to yourself.

Practice is closed for Tuesday but the rest should be just fine. It will still be a good race, and we are excited to be here.

San Diego County (one hour south of the track) is expecting 1/2" of rain every hour for the next five hours.

Practice on Wednesday has officially been cancelled..and personally, I'm scared the race is gonna get washed away.

Well....I'd say run it anyway.....a gas car can handle much more water than an electric....So there's some cleaning involved between qualifiers.....this will be the test to see which manufacturer's car and driver can handle the conditions best....Besides, runnin in the mud is fun as F***
