Default VRC Pro offroad

SHORT COURSE TRUCKS

This has probably been the single most asked question: will there be off-road in VRC Pro? Yes, VRC Pro goes off-road, delivering on an old promise. The first class to feature in VRC Pro will be the immensely popular electric powered 1:10 scale 4WD Short Course Truck class. These cars are a good starting point into off-road, they are fun and exciting to drive (and fly…) and with the spectacular short course truck bodies they really look great on the off-road tracks. With this class VRC Pro caters for the typical basher as well as the typical racer. A wide range of top-brand tires and special off-road motors will be available for the short course trucks.

Short course trucks will be introduced early July, so look out for it.

More info can be found on the VRC Pro facebook page: www.facebook.com/vrcpro

Do you have a link for the download, or is it incorporated into the original VRC-Pro.

I loved SODA Off Road game. It was pretty good for physics. The graphics were good for the erra but today is much better.

If VPC has good physics for Off-road I will definitly buy it. Does this only run on PCs what about Apple?

I am very surprised. With VRC being EU based I would've thought that the first off road class be one of the more traditional classes. Whatever the case, I'm stoked to hear that off road is coming to VRC.

VRC only runs on Windows, not on MAC OS. I think this is partially due to the .NET dependency....

PC Requirments will be the same as VRC Pro (onroad)
Release date will be early-mid July this year
This is part of VRC Pro, so it is included with your subscription (I believe...)

4wd SC was chosen as the first class, largely due to it's popularity in a beginner to intermediate class... I believe (and I'm not affliated with the guys who developed this) that 4wd SC was chosen to start things off so that people could get involved with offroad simulators, without being obsessed with the physics. The physics will be good, but where I'm from, the 8th scale nitro nutz will freak out if the physics aren't 150% as good as real life.... the SC guys will be happy that there is an offroad simulator that will help them get more consistent with their driving.....

Over time, expect VRC to release the bigger classes (8th nitro buggy/truggy, 10th 2wd buggy 10th 4wd buggy...and maybe even 10th 2wd truck), as they perfect the physics and dynamics.
