Easiest way to remove them is boil them..stay away from acetone.harsh chemical will ruin your foams...the smell of the chemicals from acetone is harsh...check YouTube there's a diy very easy .

acetone works if all you need is the rim, otherwise boiling method works fine

Acetone vapor method (tire/rim supported above the liquid) allows re-use of tire, wheel, and liner. Takes patience (frequently lacking in RCers) but works. Been doing if this way for years - never damaged a liner. Acetone damages many clay compound tires (like Losi Pinks), but otherwise causes no problems.

Anyone who has damaged tires (other than clay tires) or liners with the vapor method did something wrong.

acetone doesnt work for clay compound tires. The last time i did that, it ruined a closed cell foam of mine. the tire (super soft) lived, though.

ive also tried boiling them and ended up warping the rim. hah. i'd go with the baking method or the acetone fume method.
