For toe i use a metric ruler, wal-mart should have one. Just make sure it starts flush with the edge. I just use the distance i.e. 3mm out. If you want you can use the rear toe blocks to convert that to a deg. On my sc10 4x4 5mm is about a deg.
Camber is harder, you really need a camber gage. Ae makes one that comes with the sc10 2wd that has 4 sides, 0, 1, 2 and 3 deg. They also have an adjustable one thats fairly cheap. You can use a square and trig calculations but thats time consuming and easy the screw up.
I made some square plates out of aluminum that I mount to my hubs, they make measuring things way easier. Using a unmounted wheel you have to guess sometimes since its round. a square piece allows you to measure under the chassis. But its hard to make them unless you have a fabricating machine shop.
You may want to look into a crafting cutting mat, it has grids on them so you maybe able to use it for setup. I have one for my pit mat.

I borrowed a buddy's camber gauge at the track once years ago and set 4-degrees on one side of the car and 2-degrees on the other side and went home and made my own "gauges" out of spare lexan, zero camber I set with a coke can, eyeball the difference for odd-number camber settings. Had them ever since.
