Thanks, is there any benefit to tape the inserts on the rims to avoid them spinning?

I need to choose one, do you guys have any preference between the design with and without the bearings?

I would imagine that the extra weight of the tape introduced to your rotational mass would be far more detrimental. It's SO easy to balance, and takes SO little time, I would just check balance with some kind of consistent frequency. I use the du-bro prop balancer, right out of the package, and have zero issues. all you need is some non-hardening clay and you're set.
