Do you have any U.S. dealers that sell your screw kits? It might be better to order locally instead of the slow boat from China. Lesser chance of getting "screwed."

tsrproducts but they are always sold out. im still waiting on mine its been 24 days and counting from zzracing site. i ve never had to wait this long even for cheap mailing. i ve ordered from places that ive never heard off and get the package under two weeks. let me know what you are looking for ill help find for you in the states!

Wow, 24 days is a long time. I hope you do eventually get your order. I emailed TSR about the screw kits, still waiting for a reply. We'll see.

I'm looking at getting their DEX210 kit and they have some nifty plastic parts box with 21 compartments.

check out tresrey usa site they have the 210 spec that is fully tresreyed out and is $799 but is worth it.

if im waiting a whole month on these screws id bet thats why tsr is alway out of stock. this is sad for a company who is starting out

I would take this behind close doors but post your opinions so others know your experience. Your item is coming from Asia, Ive ordered items from other companies some take over a week some take over three weeks pending on customs etc maybe something happened externally which was out of there control.

It would be nice if they would at least email me a tracking number or at least an email telling me it was marked and shipped? I got none of those and even if I long on to the website and check my account it still says "processing"!!! cmon this is what everyone should know if they want to order from them. just trying to make this hobby fun and all so IMO i would keep away from buying anything direct from this company!

Express delivery, ups, the dhl in China than in the ordinary postal to 10 times more expensive
Maybe you only need $ 10 but shipping costs have $ 20 to buy a pack of screws
