sdmlsu1-

I have a like new LRP V7.1 with literally two runs on it. If you are interested- $90.00 shipped to your door. If so, shoot me an email at

[email protected]

Part of the sticker on the case peeled off, but otherwise it is in mint shape. I can send you a pic if you are interested. I paid $140.00 for it not long ago, and only ran it for two five minute runs.

When it comes to offroad I have tried BOTH of these esc's and like the V7.1 HANDS DOWN.

Wont overheat like GT7's can easily due.(V7.1 has heatsinks).
The GT7 is the SAME SIZE or BIGGER due to the CAP(SUCKS).
The LRP has current limiting with it's chip setup(Great Feature).
If purchasing the LRP V7.1 New or used alot of them come with a lifetime warranty(Novak Doesnt). If buying a used one make sure it says LIFETIME warranty on the box and that they have a reciept of some kind.
If your buying a NEW V7.1 email me and I will let you know who has the best online price on them with free shipping.

The GT7 while it has been updated was known as the ESC that fried the most out of ANY OTHER esc in 2002.5-2004

Another option to look into is the Tekin G-10 Series.

I have the standard G-10 refurbished unit that I suspect is the pro as it has the data port and the G-10 didn't have that in the pics I have seen, and man, that ESC has insane punch.

Piece of cake to program, no diodes or capacitors needed.

Just alittle bigger than a cyclone.

love this thing! Dual current limiters too.
