Default tenshock amp draw ?

hi,
first sorry for my english, i'll try to be the clearest possible

i had an hyper 10tt with a HK kd36 motor, and a HK100a esc,

i just burnt the motor and i' m searching for a replacement one...

i' m looking for cheap, but good quality motor (yeah stupid question...)

i' had a look at the tenshock ones, especially the sc401 3500kv (i' m running 3cells)

but i can' t find the constant amp drawing, i saw 75a on a site, and 130 on another

the first will be good, but if it' s really 130, my esc will last 3seconds

so i wanted to know if someone tested this combo, or know the real continuous amp rateof this motor ?

i need a motor soon, and tenshock doesn' t answer

thanks for your help and sorry if it was previously aswered, but the time it took me to understand a english sentence doesn' t really help me for researchs :/

If you gear it low and watch temps i think it should be fine. On the box they recommend 100a+ esc as minimum.

You would be better with the 4600 tenshock so you can run 2s,3s, hope this helps.

i run only 3s for bashin', so i think te 4600 will be a little to much

the HK 4000kv i had was just a little to powerfull

i ran a 18 pinion with the hk 4000... but the tenshock is shorter, so i think a 16 will be a good start ?

Just make sure you don't gear too highly. I was running the Tenshock 3500KV + Castle MMP on 3s with fairly high gearing and it made my Turnigy 4000mAH 30-40C puff like crazy. Once I dropped the gearing a fair bit, it ran a lot cooler and didn't try and eat amps for breakfast.

yeah i' ll gear it low for the first runs, and i' ll see the results

as a friend ran is 2700kv 4pole (same dimensions) on 21t, i think 17/18 can be good
