Wow, first Durango build. Plastic seems decent but there is so much slop and play in the suspension. I guess you get what you pay for...

Anyways, what is the recommended pinion for a small-medium sized track with 9.5 motor? (Will be running this MM4 motor setup)

Interested in this also, just picked up one of these kits and I will be running a viper 8.5. 20-22 may be a good place to start with it.

I wish I would have read some of this thread before picking it up. I had no idea about the front axle mod, to keep the wheel from seizing up.

You can use the included spacers to take out most of the slop.

Seems the 1mm spacers are too thick, particularly bad on the rear hub carrier hinge pins. Probably need something inbetween a .5mm to .7mm spacer. Either way, I'll just run it as is and see how it goes.

First time building a Durango kit, I'm impressed with how bad the instructions are. Thankfully I've built kits before and have an idea on what I'm doing. I got lucky I think, and the kit I got came with the updated Type B parts, and the screws for the shock caps.

Any recommendations on a setup sheet for an indoor clay track?

Also I noticed the slop on the rear arms, I fixed that with using losi 22 2.0 aluminum bushings. I used a 1mm and a .5mm stacked together. This took out all the slop.

I have always been a buggy man but a big races 1 class is not enough. I bought a dest 210 and have been enjoying it more than my buggy. I just use a buggy set up and go a little heavier on the oils and slightly smaller piston holes.

I have had t4.2(ish), team c, and have drove the rt5. this by far is my favority st I have drove and is my favorite car I race with. it just hooks outdoor in rm4.

well worth the 130 and more.

buggy has been revised. this has not. is why its cheaper. but this comes with type b parts from most places.

only thing I really don't care for is the body. seems the only body that exist for it is the stocker. but im going to find a way to mount me up a t4.2 body when the stock body dies.

I have 35wt oil all around, stock springs, and stood up the rear shock. other things i have tried don't seem to be working... I never changed spring though, their spring kit is expensive.
