I don't think it is available as a combo yet.

I think you are going to have to buy them separately and you can get them from most hobby stores Amain comes to mind.

Stormer Hobbies has good prices on Tekin stuff...

Super savings from Tower makes the speed control cheapest and the motor from Stormer would be the way I would go.
