Angry Duratrax Failsafe Unit

I just got one of these in the mail, among other things...

I have serious problems with it, it works good etc, but the Low Voltage cutout is ridiculously high! I run a 5 cell 2100mah NIMH Rx pack and normally it lasts more than a dozen runs before it needs a charge.

With the failsafe installed....2 runs and the Low Voltage cutout comes into action...WTF! Anyway, I measured the voltage of the battery pack under load....5.3V...thats 1.5 V higher than the claimed voltage cutout of 3.8v....NOT HAPPY!! I have disconnected the failsafe because it is such a pain.....

Anybody had a similar problem?
