Sorry to hear you can't get it to work. I am assuming you tried the capacitor, BEC, new sensor wire, etc.

As for other manufacturers, Novak and Tekin both support the racer well under there warranties. last time I dealt with Speed passion they went above and beyond, but that was when Shawn was there. They probably are still good however.

Since you need ESCs that will do 1/8 as well as 1/10 4x4, I am not sure if novak has an ESC for 1/8 based on what I am seeing on there site.

If you are wanting to keep it all in the same manufacturer family, Tekin would be my next choice with there RX8 ESC for both vehicles.

Or if you don't care, I have heard people having success with the Novak setups for 1/10 4x4 SCT.

If Viper however gets there 1/8 ESC out sometime soon, they offer a 1 Year warranty on there ESCs, and I think 6 months on their motors. Could be a option.

run the MMP in all my stuff even the 1/8 with a Tekin 2050Kv motor.

from what I can tell, the other gear you use matters with the MMP, especially if using Spektrum radio gear and savox servos. But usually a glitch buster capacitor clears things up or a BEC.

That's a strange finding. Most drivers that have driven my SC and/or buggy has felt the throttle curve has felt like a sensored system. I think Tekin has a great product but I think the future is in sensorless.
