I'm not sure you can run 3,4s w/7700. I ran 2s-4000 in a Tamiya Mini and it's do close to 50mph.

I cloned a Tamiya Mini I saw in RC Car Action. Only difference was they used a Tamiya Suzuki Swift. It was setup w/GRP 17mm foams,TRF shocks, MM Pro w/7700 and 2s 4000 Lipo. The thing was a rocket ship!; didn't make turns too well but "catch me if you can" down the straights. A manhole cover in the middle of the street ended it's life but it was clocked by the PD at 48.9 mph. That ain't no lie-

I wouldn't that thing is going to cook! That motor is good for a on road but not for that 10. Get you a castle 1415 and that will rock! You can use a 3s and prob more without burning it up. I think 60 on 4s would not be an issue

Lower kV = more torque

Only motors that high a kV that might work are the tekin pro4 4600 and the tenshock 4600 both on 2s. The motor you are looking at is a 540 2 pole you will melt it in minutes. Call castle creations if you don't believe me. They will tell you the same thing to run a 1415 on 3s or 4s maybe even the 1410 on 2s

7700kv x 7.4v=56,980rpm (way high)
2400kv x 14.8v= 35,520 (much better)

I promise you that 1415 on 4s will be enough to flip the ten-t over backwards

Gonna agree with 84 here, 5000kV is too high for a truggy. You're gonna have to gear it stupidly low just to keep all the magic smoke in the esc and motor.

I looked at the 1415 CC motor because it can handle 5s and coupled with an RX8 or MMM, you're gonna have a little rocket and you can run more pinion options for track/bashing fun.
