My first RC car was a tiny RC18B2 but then I quickly realized I would need something bigger to go racing with, so a month or two later I picked up a RC10B4.2 RTR which I consider my first true RC racing car. That was almost 2 years ago and I've loved RC racing ever since.

1992 RC10 Championship Edition to which I had drilled out the chassis to lighten it up.

Well, It wasn't a hobby grade one but Loved it. It was a RadioShack red shaker (red izuzu amigo)rc car/truck in the early to mid '90s. And my first hobby grade one was a CEN racing GX1 EP touring car which I still have and still runs.

My first was a traxxas hawk 2. I was a kid and didn't really have the funding to maintain it. That wasn't yesterday.

My first was the Futaba FX10 my parents got me when I was like 11 or 12. But my dream, at the time, was the Blackfoot lol.

No idea what my first rc car was. I was probably 4 or 5 years old. But my first hobby grade was Helion Volition... that I spent way too much money upgrading.... now it just sits with a couple hundred dollars in upgrades on it because my 4x4 cars are just so much more BA.

Same here, the red Radio Shack Lamborgini (or Ferrari) one button, back up and turn. Then Radio shack blue monster truck, Radio shack red VW beetle, Nikko turbo Aero, Nikko Rhino. and my first Hobby grade RC was a gold pan RC10 6 gear with mechanical speed control.
