Tamiya Lancia Rally car 1984. Mechanical speed control and a charger you hooked up to your car battery with a wind up timer. Before that I converted a Cox .049 buggy with a steering servo. that was about 1981.

First was typical Tamiya frog, with bearing kit installed. Have both mine and my Bros. Second was RC10 gold pan CE 6 gear, Unfortunatly sold it, Was right when ebay was coming about.

My pops was a turbo scorpian, modded with gold can Kyosho motor, Chassis is bent, broken a-arm few other issues, But all broken parts, for some reason in 1996 a freind found a spare one sitting in the gutter. well chassis and parts we need.

Wow, just started reading this thread and found this post funny because my first was a Rocky (1987) and my brother got a Pegasus soon after.
