Need Help with New E-MAXX
I'm sure this is out there someplace, and I've watch the video about what to do before starting a new thread. But, for the life of me, I cannot find the answer so I will just ask!
I bought myself a new E-Maxx (christmas present to myself) and I'm looking for batteries to power it. I considered buying matched cells but would rather just start off with some packs, but I'm not sure which are the best. I checked out a few sites, some recommend Epic Dreadnaughts, other recommend Team Orion Super Duty Plus, etc., etc, etc. Does it really matter? I know that I should get the 3000+ mAh so I can get good runtime but other than that ,I'm clueless.
I'm also looking at the DuraTrax intelliPeak dual charger, but there are other dual chargers out there so I can't figure out which would be the better buy.
Anybody have any recommendations here???
One more thing...Skid plates. Are they really necessary while I'm just bashing around in the parking lot and dirt mounds?
