Do you mean a 12t like the Traxxas Titan 12 turn? Some tracks do run those as a "stock" motor in RTR SC classes. A normal 540 12 turn with an open endbell is not considered anything close to stock like Cpt. said.

Whoa bro, quit hollering! If you are running a Traxxas Titan 12 turn, it's fairly unlikely that you can find anyone to modify that motor. It's a closed endbell motor, and it's a 550 can. If you are wanting a "cheat" motor to run in stock class that is hotter than that, but looks the same....yeah, probably out of luck. You can try running other brands 550 cans (Losi, Venom, make them for their RTR SCT's). Personally, I got a aluminum heat sink with a fan mounted on it, grabbed a brand new motor, broke it in using the water method (not necessary, but it may have helped), blasted it out with motor clean, re-oiled the bushings, slapped it back in, and ran a few teeth higher pinion (stock was 18, I think the highest I went was 22). With the heat sink installed and the fan running, it would run a 5 minute race on 2s lipo and temps would be roughly 140 or so. It was still punchy, and had decent top end. Hope that helps!
