Default solid diff

im looking for a solid diff like what the crawlers use but its for a more realistic rc build not looking for a crazy expensive one just one that look semi realistic. i have found like just empty shells but none of the stuff that goes into them.

Well you could make a ball diff solid by using an epoxy on the diff halves and balls.

Sounds like what you want is only going to be found in the crawler world. Look at axial replacement parts. They have a shafty, scx10, that the pumpkins (ring and pinion carrier between axle tubes) look fairly realistic. Losi's crawler axles look more like real crawler axles, not standard (IE; wouldn't look right on a car), plus the worm gears are super low geared, and many of the other crawlers are MOA (motor on axle) so they're not going to look right. HPI has a shafty too. Otherwise you're stuck going the custom route.

Yeah, but those difs are not realistic to most 1:1 modern cars. Really only specced on cars like the Landrover Defender, Semitrailers or old pick-ups as you say.

If you do a build that is less crawler and more off-road, up-date us with some pics please. Sounds interesting

I think 10 posts.

As someone below said rc4wd will probably have what you're looking for.
