Arrow Capalaba 1/8 track?

G'day guys, I am in brisbane Australia, and am looking to build a track in my local area. I have spoken to my local government councilor who is interested in helping, and even has a possible site. He has asked me to put together a proposal for him, wich i am keen to do, but as i have only just recentely got back into the glorious world of off road r/c i am asking for help from anyone that is interested. Especially those in the redlands capalaba area. Please help!

Try the Australian thread but....There is already a proposal in the council at the moment for when the dump at chandler closes down shortly. It will be turned into a large park with a large offroad rc facility from what I have been told

Whaaa??? Seriously? I live about 5 minutes away from chandler and haven't heard a thing about this. A track on the bayside would be awesome.

Hey Tiger, what scale are you hoping for, 1/8 or 1/10? where is the proposed site that the councilor has offered? Ausrc is probably a good site to rally up some local support. Let me know what you come up with and i'll help where i can.
