Default 2s set up in a 1:8

hi there

i owned a lot of cars (1:8 nitros and electric) and now i am searching for something new
.

i was driving 3s and 4s set up's in my buggys and now i am interested on a 2s set up.
the agama a8 accelerste much better then a lot of cars in his class

iam planing to try this car with a novak ballistic 550 6,5t (3400 kv) and a tekin rx8.

on youtube i saw a user with a lightweight hyper 9e on 2s with a NEU 1410 1y

the sc4x4 trucks are not the lightest ones and there is no problem to go with 2s

anybody else try a 2s set up on a lightweight 1:8?

Caster Racing did. If you gear it correctly, it can be a lot of fun. You can be competitive if the track is smaller than 80ft by 80 ft.

So go for it. I would guess you will need a 17t pinion approximately.
