I run 4 4 cells and 4 2 cells. all Promatch. great battery. try turning down your volt limit.. to 4.0 instead of 4.6 or 4.2 then report back... I am interested to know if I should buy more or look elsewhere. Thanks

Same here!!!!!!!! When I ran pan cars at Snowbirds, Promatch even delivered my batteries to me. I have a 2S 5200 that is going on 3 years old and still is awesome!! Jeff has always been standup guy with me and I will continue to run Promatch products!!!!

yes mate ran all 3 down to cut off and that was the worst of them the others i got 4950+ back into them

but again not 1 reply by email from the company , and because i live in another country there is nothing i can do about it

seems funny though because i starting emailing him a few months ago now and ever since then his site changed to 5800MAH and not 6200MAH

again all i want is what i paid for but in saying that i have put it behind me and gone to different company for lipo's and will never use promatch again simple but its not the right thing to do for repeat customers

Charger also states a 5A charge. Usually tells me these chargers charge at 1c meaning 5000mah.
If it was a 6200, it would charge at 6.2A...just saying.

+2. The one problem i had, they fixed. I can't help but notice that in early Augsut, Jeff told you it would be about 6 weeks. Right about that time now. I know they changed their contact email recently. Have you checked website for new email?

I think it is a shame to assume that the batteries they sell are anything less than excellent. It is verified that ProMatch had some issues with the 6200mah 2s batteries. Since then, they change the labeling of their batteries accordingly.

It is also a shame that some people got less than what they paid for, but I personaly think the guys at ProMatch are honest and repectable guys.

thats a max rate mate you can charge at 3amps if you want it just takes longer

all my other lipos charge at 5amps and i can get well over 6000MAH into all other 6000+MAH packs just not promatch

this has also been confirmed on 2 other cars running anything from RX8's and MMPs and even spped pasion esc all the same

as i said i have moved on as i only use a good lipo now for finals and these lipos for heats

Looks to me like a hitec 4x charger or one of the knock offs. They have adjustable MAH cutoff.

I do not know, nor do I assume reasons you have not gotten a recent response. All that I know is what you say about your side of the story. Promatch is either liars and cheater, or honest and respectable people. Others and myself have first hand experience to support the fact that they are a good company. And like I said, I wont speculate the reasons why you have not heard back from them. I hav a total of 21 emails between the two of us, and Jeff was a great guy to deal with. This is my opinion.

i have sent a number of emails with pictures for proof but not a single reply either

the picture below was from LVC on a tekin RX8 and a 6200 lipo that took well no where near 5000 and not in close to where it should be at 6200

Doesn't that middle screen show you hit the time cutoff of 120 min? That is the default that most chargers come with.
