losi xxx sct/ scb front hex conversion, traxxas parts.
This is my losi xxx scb I love it!!!. But I hated that I couldn’t use my sc hex wheels on the front . I was going to buy the proline conversion, but I wasn’t sure if they would sell you a knuckle or front hubs separately if you break it . So I went to my friend’s hobby shop and started looking for parts. The front hubs and the knuckles worked great on the losi scb with a little modification on the parts (look at pictures) . Then I decided to change the spur gear, because I stripped mine. Again I went with traxxas slash/stampede 2wd spur gear with the slipper clutch system. Also I swapped the Losi camber link to the steering link and for the camber link I used a traxxas 39mm turnbuckle. I did all this cuz my local hobby shop doesn’t carry parts for this car. Only for losi 1/8 buggies lol. This buggy is a great car!! A lot of fun! Hope this might help you too.

Nice. But i suggest checking out the first page of the XXX-SCT thread and see the SkipGear front hex mod using all Losi parts. The spindles used are from a XXX-CR buggy. alot less parts then going with all this traxxas stuff.
Nice work tho.

.There r many ways to converted, is up to u which one to choose. i did with traxxas parts cuz is the only thing that my local hobby shop sells

This helped a lot.....couldn't find a proline kit....this will work just as good.....��
