Those running the R10 Pro w/fan...does your fan run all the time?

I know some ESCs have the fan kick on when things start to get a little hot. The fan on the R10 (mine anyway) runs all the time. Was wondering if that was normal.

Mine and my friends run from the time it's turned on so I'd say it's normal.
