Unhappy Anyone that's ordered from BCE - Please Read

I placed an order with BCE for a chassis last week and have yet to receive a shipping notice. They won't respond to e-mail and have no phone number posted on their page. Has anyone had problems with them? If you have ordered from their website, how long did it take to get the shipping notice and how long did it take to actually receive your chassis?

Thanks for any help out there.

Bill is golden, no need to worry. He posted last week in the SCTe. I've heard 1-3 weeks ... Mine took a week, while others took longer depending on the backup and when you ordered.

Yeah they are a little slow but the product is decent and worth the wait IMO . BTW mine took 2 weeks and 3 days from the day I ordered it .

That makes me feel a little better. I wasn't aware there was a backlog of orders. Makes sense, though.

Thanks guys

I'm just hoping it shows up. My SCTE is in pieces in a plano box right now just waiting.

Yeah, dont panic but I have ordered 2 & one was a lil over 4 weeks! But the turn around can sometime be more waiting than racing. But well worth it in the end.

I had a similar issues. No shipping info and hard to contact. I emailed them on the website contact and he got back to me later that night. He also made a note that if you are on rctech leave a note when ordering with screen name and he would try to rush it. Anyway it took 10 days for mine but well worth it. It hard to wait when your car is down and you just want to hit the track.

Why dis assemble without the part in hand ? Might as well put it back together and run it till the BCE chassis shows up , not like its all that hard to swap them over .

Well, I raced it stock and did well. I'm lightening it up for my next race which won't happen for three weeks yet since I'm working every weekend for a bit. Went ahead and changed diff fluids, put light weight outdrives on, titanium turnbuckles, carbon fiber towers, trimmed the battery tray, and so on. It all had to come apart anyway, I just didn't put it back together due to waiting on the chassis. I can run 2wd sc or buggy till then... but I hope to have it before I get a chance to race... 3 weekends from now. Gonna give the Castle 3800 a shot, too.

I live here and race with Bill when he races here in Havasu. Don't feel bad if
you think he's hard to get a hold of. Us locals have his phone number and
we can't get a hold of him LOL" Bill is a nice guy but he's not much on his
comunication skills, he doesn't talk much to anyone even at the track in
person. Thats just Bill...

He does have some medical issues that have him running a little slow but
he keeps up the best he can which is pretty darn good IMO"

You have no worries IMO" Bill's a straight shooter and will get you your
parts for sure. If Bill was on his last leg theres one thing I know for sure
and that is he would get everyones parts out to them everytime..

Bill will get your chassis to you "count on it"

^^^^^there ya go... I love my rc8be chassis. It took a couple of weeks, but it's a work of art.
