Default Tekin Rs turns on servo works, but no lights.

Hey guys im having trouble with my tekin rs. I can turn it on and the servo works but their is no lights and the motor doesnt work. Sensor cable in and everything. It was working perfect and i went to go do hotwire and it diddnt said it couldnt find my esc. Even know it diddnt, would that be the problem?

Try to hook it back up to the Hotwire. If it recognizes it hit the "advanced" tab, select 212 software, hit "update esc" and DO NOT interrupt the update.

Once done , plug it back in to the car and attempt a power up. Fix?

Thanks for the interest. No it diddnt work. When i went to plug it into the hotwire it was almost like it was dead and it diddnt work. Unless i forgot about this when i did it last time, i diddnt turn the esc on and diddnt have a battery plugged in if that makes a difference.

You don't ever want a battery plugged in when using the Hotwire .
