Think the Avid Triad would fit on there?

Thumbs up Parts from Atomik

Just a "heads up" Ordered some spares from Atomik on Wed of last week, picked free shipping(which from my experience, is the slowest shipping) and had parts in mailbox Sat. This was unbelieveable! I think if I would have express shipped them, they would have been at me door before I even ordered them! LOL It's so cool to get great service the 1st time you deal with a company! Russ

I just picked up a used LIKE NEW B4.1 (with all the 4.2 parts) and was looking at the Triad slipper that is on it. ( Wanted a solid comparison base for the V2MR.) Its much smaller than I expected, HOWEVER, my concern, and this is why i might have to forgo the AE slipper on the V2MR is that the top shaft doesn't seem long enough to support the system. Even with the few MM difference of the pads, I had to compress the clutch spring a bit just to get the nut to thread on.

I'd be worried about fitment.

Looking at your pictures I kind of figured it would be too much. I keep thinking I might try this buggy.

I have ordered from them quite a few times, my orders are usually here within 3 days, every time using the free shipping option

Good looking build.

Makes me want to tackle mine again. Wife and I only have about 3 weeks left in our house, after that, my workbench goes away. So my ability to build and work on Rc will be difficult.

Curious if anyone noticed any issues with fitment? Also, does anyone plan to try saddles?

I can't remember if I tried the spur. i know the pads fit in the stock spur (though thicker) but i don't think I tried the spur. i can check and let you know in a day or so.

I want to try them with a Rear configuration. At some point (when I have MONEY!!!!) I want to get 2 VMR2 chassis, one in Rear and one in the Mid configuration with the same equipment and see how each does.

I need to finish assembly, the good news is no shortage of tires. I'll be able to use my previous B4.1 tires since my Current 4.2 has the hex.

Ordered my car Thursday night, arrived today, with a few spares in case the wall moves in front of me.

Looked over the kit, not sure if I will start tonight or not, tired after a long day at work.
