Default Lipo balance Q

I have a thunderpower 2s 5200 pack that I am wondering what is an acceptable difference from cell to cell or the difference. I am getting reading of 4.10 4.15 while it's cycling and difference of .04-.05 Is that within acceptable range or is the pack toast. My other packs are .009 difference

Thanks.

differences in the Hundredths is ok but if there is a difference in the tenths anywhere past 3.8+ volts on the charge cycle and there may be an issue. When the battery is near dead in the 3.0-3.5 range its ok for cells to be off by 1 or 2 tenths of a volt. Again cells might be bad or in need of balance if they are off by more than 3 tenths of a volt in the 3.0-3.5 volt range.

If you puff a pack or even lipo cut off your car too often you risk one of the cells getting below 3.0 and it will forever be "off" from the rest. Best policy is try not to go past 80% of your batteries capacity.

Again when charging once they get past 3.7 or 3.8 they should be nearly identical to the tenths of a volt. If not balance charge them.
