$125.. that's almost half the price of the whole truck. I feel sorry for you guys because it looks like TLR is stickin' it to ya.

Ditto.....I'll take one each. One for my SCTE and one for my 810.

$125 for an aluminum plate and people are asking for them..

BCE's are $100.00 bucks. Not that much of a price difference IMHO. Plus, I've read of quality issues with BCE's and it's not anodized.
I'd rather pay for a quality anodized chassis that I don't have to take a drill press, a file and a countersink bit too before I can even use it.

Yep.....the SCTE is longer....but I think the 810 and the Ten-T are the same length (altough, I could be wrong 'bout that).
I've pm'd Ryan asking about the possibility of a race version chassis for the 810. I'll post back here with his answer.....whenever I get one.

I'm undecided on the anodizing. It usually scratches up and looks like crap after a few runs, where the raw aluminum hides them better. It's a very temporary aesthetic improvement IMHO.
I do know one thing for sure.....having the red 7075 T6 lettering on the bottom of the chassis from the aluminum mill makes me a lot more confident of what it is than believing Losi's word about their chinese aluminum being true 7075 T6. With their recent issues in metal procurement for this truck....I'd say it's questionable at best about what you are really getting with that chassis
