whats better for speed and for driving on the road and grass?

4x4.... my brother didnt listen to me (younger brother, shocking) and got a 2wd. hes now waiting on his 4x4 to get here so he can hang with the rest of us at the track.

the 4x4 is easier to drive more quickly (both in speed and ease of handling) than the 2wd. both are fun!

oh sweet I got a little brother too hes 10 and im 13 tomarro (friday)

deff go 4x4.. a lot of my friends bought the cheaper 4x2's and now they all bought 4x4.. they like them a lot more

wow thats some money wasted buy a 2wd slash and then selling it loosing 50-100 dollars glad you told me that i might have bought it becuase it is cheaper then sold it and bought the 4x4

trust me it only gets harder as you get older (im 27, hes 25)

cheaper option for the OP if you already have a 2wd slash could be to pick up a roller from ebay or the fs section and transfer as much stuff over as you can (motor, esc, servo, batteries, tx/rx) and sell the 2wd as a roller later (or keep it as a project, im trying to talk my bro into converting his to a "backslash" buggy)
