Duratrax evader radio binding?

My buddy bought a vxl system from me and we were going to put it in his duratrax evader. He had the original tactic ttx200 radio and I was wondering if anyone know how to calibrate those radios? Thanks

follow calibration instruction with the ESC.
Calibrating and Binding are two different things....
