Let's talk tire wear: 2WD 1/10th buggy

Best way I have found to remove tires is with acetone.
I have used this method on tires with stripped rims so I could reuse the tire as well.

- Get a new metal paint can from Home Depot etc (about 3 bucks)
- Put a stand in it to hold tires off the bottom( I use spray paint can lids, but anything works)
- Put a 1/2 inch of acetone in the bottom of the can
- place all your burned up rims/tires in the can, but not in the acetone
- seal the lid
- Let sit for 3-4 days
- remove tires, peel right off
- If after 4 days they still don't just slip right off, put them back in and check every day.
