Any one know the release date for the new orion 90c carbon pro lipo batteries?

The article I seen on them Orion admits that the wire can not handle the full load that the battery can put out but they can deliver some nice power to the motor.

I saw that too. The new ESC seems to be feature packed also.

Wonder if that 6500 isn't too fat? 25.1mm is where the 5400 are at.

Amain has the 5500 Mah, but sold out. I want the 5000 mah for 2wd buggy, but unreleased yet. These and the new motors will be nice!

Haven't read much on this battery, but is it really a consistent 90c or is it
like the 150c Maxamps claim?

90c would dump the pack in seconds.. it wouldn't survive it. Does it mean it's not a good lipo.. not necessarily. So yes it's just a number assigned to it, just as the 150c maxamps packs.
