Default Mamba Monster and Spektrum DX2.0

Steering works, Throttle works, but NO BRAKES. I did some google searches and think people are saying it is normal. Does anyone know for sure if it will be possible to make it work the brakes or not? Thanks in advance.

The people saying it is normal obviously should just say they don't know instead of making stuff up

You can have brakes. Did you calibrate ESC with TX? What is brake EPA on the radio? Have you looked at the programming on the ESC?

Not sure what motor you have but all my MMM can have way more brake than necessary.

I've never had a MMM setup suffer from a lack of brakes, its usually the other way around, and I have to dial out some via the link. Ive run these on two diff 2.4s, Futaba and Tactic. But not Spectrum.

The only radio setup I know that Castle escs will not work with is Futaba FM PCM like used in their r113ip rcvrs. I've never seen Castle say any Spectrum system has probs with their escs.

I would mess with the MMM settings via the Castle link. Reset to defaults and play with the firmware versions.
