Default RPM parts???

i got the t4 rpm parts the front and rear arms and they went on last night fine.. instead of haveing a normal set screw they have this large button head screw that goes in the same hole as the hinge pin.. the problem is it fell out last night and cause my caster block hinge pin to come out and i could not finish the race

what should i do to replace them or what cause they are not working very well i dont think a set screw will work.. what should i do

I've had mine for 2 seasons with no problems, along with 2 other guys that have had for 1 season with no problems. You must of over tightened and stripped it out like it says not to do in the instructions. I suggest to find and oversize screw, if you can't find one short enough just cut it off to the correct length. Chalk it up as a lesson learned.

Thats what I thinking while reading your first post. My Firestorm arms are the same set up and the screws have never feel out. You have to be careful with RPM to not strip anything. They warn you of this on alot of there instruction sheets. I want to think on the instructions it said you can use a bigger screw on my Firestorms RPM arms.

Go to a hardware store and buy some screws.

Pack some Shoe Goo in the hole? People seem to use that crap for everything.

Default screws

Contact RPM and tell them what you have and what size screw that is used to hold the hingepin in and they will tell you what size it is......

I think you're going to have a hard time finding a screw like that, bring the arm with you to your LHS and or hardware store. I might just bite the bullet and get a new set of arms and be careful putting the screw in. You did use the GT2 hinge pins correct?....sorry forgot it was the outer pin not inner.
