Default e-revo suspension settings

What is the best way to go for a suspension set up that suits accross the range terrain? I don't want to be changing it all the time. It seems to sit pretty good except for the rear end dip when accelerating hard. looking for the best happy medium......

What are you guys using out there as far as spring stiffness, how many piston holes, what grade oil and which progression swing arms? also difference front to rear? I assume stiffer at rear to try to reduce the dipping.

Lastly , is the traxxas sway bar set any good/ going to make much difference? i need to settle it down at high speed, it's bouncig all over the shop!!!

thanks
