It comes with grease in the diffs, and 30wt oil in the shocks. Change out the grease in the dif for silicon dif fluids so you can tune it. I haven't used the stock tires yet. but will try them when the outdoor track open around here. They look like they should at least be ok. They look like bowties.

are u racing carpet and what dif weight are you running

Im racing off road on dirt. Im running 5-3-3 in the diffs and its pretty good.
