Default BL MOTOR MOUNTS NEEDED FOR 1/8 BUGGIES

im offering a plea to someone with the machining capability to start making BL motor mounts for 1/8 buggies. i want a mount that doubles as the center diff bearing holder so gear mesh is simple to set. There is a company that currently makes them, but they are always on back order and they do not respond to inquiries about when more will be made.

i know MANY people are looking for the same product (D8, D8T, Vorza) and the person that starts to make these can really cash in because the demand is there! There are at least (10) 1/8 scale vehicles that these can be made for, SOMEONE PLEASE HELP US!!

A local can probably do it for you for a cost though, it mght be pricy but you could get him to make a bunch and it would be cheaper per peice then you could sell them, unforunatly I don't have cnc capabilities and it would be impossible to do by hand

not terribly professional in my opinion.

been using RCM motor mounts since Mike started to make them, they fit whatever vehicle they are made for.

the only problem is that i have the tekno conversion for my vorza, and the motor mount faces the wrong way for me. it would stick the motor into the right rear shock! id get one in a heart beat if it could mount a motor forward.

Try Rc Product Designs they have great conversion kits.
I cant post a link but just google it. I have the embx kit and it is one of the cleanest conversions I have seen.

These kits are great! Send an email and you will get a reply fast.

Anything is possible, send Chris at GCM an email and I'm sure he can work something out, I know he's made some cool stuff in the past (like a scale rock crawler tranny case) and has the tools to build almost anything, the only way to know for sure is to ask, even if you don't have cad software to draw it up yourself
