I am no expert but I am positive that battery is too low a c rating for the novak HV system in a 4x4. I bet your are hitting the low voltage cutoff momentarily as when you hit the throttle the voltage will drop too low due to the watts draw of the hv 4.5. then will go again when it recovers.

I was told 35c or better so I went with 60c

Does your esc have a power cap on it? Those Savox servo's can cause "havoc" on some systems. I have the same setup with the stock power cap that comes with the Havoc Pro SC and also run a Novak glitch buster and have no issues. Another thing to try would be a new sensor wire. Even though it may look fine and everything is plugged in you never know.

Contact [email protected] for assistance---or you can PM me. Our tech guys can help you, or if necessary, we can replace your esc.

Many times the problem you are experiencing will have an easy fix and you will not need to return your product for service. Unless you include the info below, we may not be able to assist you by email. Our regular CS/Tech Support hours can be located here.[/url] Before emailing, take a moment to review the instructions (trouble-shooting guide) originally included with your Novak Item:

Novak Instruction Downloads

Please make your initial email as detailed as possible. Include:

~ speed control (brand/model)
~ motor (brand/wind)
~ number/type of cells
~ battery, brand (c rating/capacity
~ rotor (old/new)
~ connectors used
~ servo (brand/model)
~ radio system (receiver/transmitter)
~ vehicle & gearing
~ warranty claim? Include serial numbers
~ lipo cut-off, on/off

Switch out your sensor wire, my havoc's flux capacitor(cap) melted over the weekend so I swapped in my MMP. The MMP had the same issue. Thought maybe it was my savox 1267 so I pulled that out and installed a stock xxx-sct servo, same crap. Swapped the sensor wire and the dead spots are gone.

update on my problem
I did need to fix the power cap, that still didnt fix it.
I shut off the lipo cut off and it fixed the problem, however I don't think I can leave it that way.
Any suggestions?

Your in the same boat im in, I thought mine was good to go until today it started acting up again. We have the exact same setups except servo. I think tommorow ill stop and get a novak glitch buster to replace the spectrum cap. Do you lose all functions? Mine almost rolled into a busy street.

That definately sounds like a weak battery the is drawing down too low and tripping the cutoff! Have you got that new one yet?
