Oh yea, epically when it does it one month AFTER your warranty goes out. Microsoft got an ear full from me when they told me they wouldn't fix their broken system for free. I threatened legal action, 2 days later I had a box at my house ready to send my 360 back. Just threaten legal action to Microsoft and they give up.

If Microsoft made an ESC I'd miss my main just waiting for the slow POS to turn on. Then it would overheat because the fan didn't work. Or I'd lose my main because I got the BSOD (instead of Blue screen of death, blue smoke of death lol).

Not to mention this ESC would glitch all over the place before of all the viruses that would be on it.

Yep, Microsoft is a saint compared to Apple.

I will pass on Apple's esc.

This is a pretty funny page for anti mac folks lol - http://www.thebestpageintheuniverse....gi?u=macs_cant
I will admit Apples are not the best to do coding on. Most coders know that already. If you're using a Mac to do your coding then you need to do some more coding work.

Then again, I unno if I would exactly call Action Script coding. More like scripting.

I'm actually a product designer (UX/UI), most of my work is done in Photoshop and Illustrator and if they need a demo for a user study I build those in flash. And action scripting is coding, AS 2.0 and 3.0 are considered code IMO. So you would think I like Apples, but 95% of the people I have worked for use PC's for employees. I have built some big web apps on the PC, I can bet most of you have or used something I worked on in the last 5 years.

I don't really want an Apple ESC... I just wish that instead of me having to load in bootcamp or find some program to run windows files, companies would care about the 5% of customers that use Macs and make software that is compatible with both systems... I'm tired of having to tune/update my esc on my wife's slooooooooooooooooooow PC

Or I could just get her a new laptop... Then she'd quit grinding my gears over how much I spend to play with toy cars...

Not the place to talk about this, but I sort of disagree on Actionscript. I'm just not some random person saying this. I'm currently going to school for a Computer Science degree and have been programming for 7 years now. Scripting/Coding languages is what I know.

Or even better if apple made a transmitter. One that you could put your IPhone (like a ipod dock thing) in and use the your iphone as the screen/controls. Now i think that would be cool

I do not know much about computers. I can only go off of what I have seen. My Mom bought a Dell with windows and was on the phone at least once a week because of an issue with it, even after the warranty ran out. My Brother has an E-machine with windows and it will freeze in the middle of doing something. My nephew built his computer and installed windows and has said that his computer has slowed down after just one year of use. I am typing this from a 4 year old APPLE that I have done running soft ware up-grades to and I have only called APPLE once. And that was because of the printer I received for free that is made by HP. As for the ipods, My wife and I own two. they are the best mp3 players available. True they are not perfect, but close. The itunes program needed for the ipod is FREE. My wife has the iphone and the only complaint she has is the sensitivity of the screen. As for the apps, someone had to develop the ideas. I agree that some are over priced. It would be great if companies would make E.S.C. programs for Apple. I would say 25% of the people I race with own an apple an have said they would LOVE to use an Apple in stead of this P.O.S. I think 5% is a lowball number. I would even be willing to pay a little more for the program. It would be better then spending the money on a cheap laptop($199.99) that will only be used for a $35.00 program.

IMO a lot of it comes down to user error, along with everything else in life. If it's not working properly, theres a good chance you did something to eff it up. There are the occasional hardware failures though, that you have no control over.
