Default handling differences between AKA city block and Proline calibers

I am looking at picking up some tires for my SC 4x4, and I am thinking wondering what are some opinions on the handling differences being seen between a city block and a proline caliber, assuming M3 / super soft style compounds.

I'm not sure but caliper is an awesome all around tire on 1/8 truggy. Not sure about SC trucks tho.

At every track I've ran I prefer the CityBlocks. I have never found a track I like the calibers more.

Same here,I find they both work on similar terrain but the Cityblocks have a less squirmy feel.

I think it depends on the track really. I have noticed I got quite a bit more rotation with the Calibers over the Cityblocks myself.

On my local track Cityblocks (super soft) hook up great in 1/8 buggy but I feel like the Calibers (m3) work better for 2WD SCT. It's a pretty loamy outdoor track so I've tried most of the "loamy outdoor" tires This weekend I tried out a set of JC Subcultures (green) and a set of AKA Enduros (super soft) in 2WD Mod SCT and I still feel like the Caliber's have the most bite. My buddy that I pit with tried out a set of Bowfighters (m4) and he had gobs of forward bite. His suspension setup was way different from mine though, so that probably had a lot to do with it.

Anyhow, both tires are great for different things/tracks.

At one point city blocks and calibers soft/super softs were the only tires I was using, I always favored the city blocks very consistent after break in.

Another thing, Not only do I prefer the city blocks for traction reasons, but the way they mount up and are balanced is awesome.

In SC, Calibers FTW! The first set I had I ran for six months racing two or three times a month. They are a great all-around tire for SC.
