Please don't shoot lol, I searched first.
I placed a order for a 4wd slash ultimate and some batteries. Well forgot about the daily limit on my card so the order could not be completed. So I emailed the company and explained I need to cancel the first order and why. So I placed a second order for just the kit and payment accepted, all is good right ? I log in to check the status of my order. They cancelled the the second order and still shows awaiting payment on the first. I called monday morning and explained once again, and once again... screwed. Shows shipped but have not been charged as of tuesday morning. Called again on tuesday After many minutes on hold, I explained yet again. Finally my payment was processed on wednesday, and well it finally shows shipped tonite. Email lol, takes a day and a half to respond.
Has anyone else had these sorta issues with this company ?
