Default Ae leaking shocks

I have built and rebuilt my FT SC 10 shocks three times and even bought the rebulid kit and did it a fourth time. They still are leaking. What is the deal? I have asked some friends and they also have leaky AE shocks. They said it was an AE shock issue but I find it hard to believe. I also tried to use the slime on the o rings. Please give me some suggestions.
