Default is the vxl-3s compatable with a tekin 17.5?

pretty much dont have much money to spend and was wondering(hoping) i could use my slash's brushless esc to work with a tekin 17.5 motor on my b4

Yes, however the ESC is sensorless and the motor is sensored so you wouldn't have the advantages of sensored.

Wrong, esc is both, sensored and sensorless.

Yes, but my Trinity 17.5 has no punch with a vxl.
